- Thu, 25 May: Final day to request refund if switching between in-person and virtual registration.
- Thu, 25 May: Late registration deadline
- Fri, 26 May: On-Site registration begins
- Fri, 26 May: No changes to program or your registration can be made after this day (e.g. no talk title changes, no changing orals to posters or vice versa, no switching registration participation, no changes to workshops registration, etc.)
